About Dr. Yazgi
Dr. Nabil M. Yazgi is a board-certified neurologist who has served patients in northern New Jersey for more than four decades. He earned his medical degree from the Damascus University Faculty of Medicine in 1979 and completed his residency training at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital.
His practice combines expertise in neurology with a background in internal medicine, allowing him to care for the whole patient — not just a single symptom. Patients consistently describe a physician who takes time to listen, explains conditions clearly, and never rushes a visit.
Dr. Yazgi is affiliated with St. Joseph's Wayne Medical Center and St. Joseph's University Medical Center, and he welcomes patients in English, Arabic, and Spanish.

EMG & Nerve Conduction Studies
In-office electromyography and nerve conduction testing to evaluate nerve and muscle function — commonly used for carpal tunnel syndrome, neuropathy, and pinched nerves. Performed with care and patience for patients who may be apprehensive about testing.
Neurological Evaluation
Comprehensive examinations for headaches, memory concerns, dizziness, seizures, and other neurological symptoms, with imaging (MRI/MRA) ordered when appropriate.
